Want to bring some of their favorite books to life and introduce them to the theater at the same time?  Try Theatreworks USA's musical review at the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center.  The show includes If You Give a Mouse a Cookie (favorite in our house), Amazing Grace (breaking down racial and gender stereotypes one kindergartner at a time), Owen (with his well loved and much maligned blanket), Martha Speaks and Imgene's Antlers.

Want to make President's Day or Black History Month a bit more meaningful?  Head down to the National Constitution Center for programming all weekend on how to be a president, the role of the first lady, the white house, and beyond.  There are also events around breaking barriers, the Emancipation Proclamation, and a variety of self-guided tours focusing on important events in black history.
