Free Art Class: Project Learn School

10am-12pm

Open to all children ages 5-14. Parents may stay or drop kids off. No pre-registration required. Drop ins are welcome.    First Saturday Art - Come be a Saturday Artist! Painting, Drawing, Ceramics and more! 

Swim Team Tryouts: Kroc Center

Here's a chance to swim in a world class facility under the coaching of legendary coach Jim Ellis (the inspiration for the movie Pride).  Swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle with rotary breathing and 25 yards of backstroke.

Tree House Open House/Wissahickon Environmental Center

Where: Thomas Rd & W Northwestern Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118

Date: January 8, 2011 

Time: 10:00am–4:00pm

The tree house is open on the second Saturday of each month from 10-4. See the native fish aquarium, naturalistic mural, bird feeders and discover the children's activity center.
